Staying motivated is not an easy thing to do. That is why a lot of bodybuilder quit lifting because they lost their motivation. In bodybuilding your physical body is the mirror of your own mind, when your mind changes your body will automatically change. Your biggest challenge isn’t someone else. It is  the burning in your legs and  ache in your lungs and the voice inside you that yells “I CAN’T”, but you don’t listen. You just push harder.And then you hear the voice whisper “I can” and you discover that the person you thought you were is no match for the one you really are. So here are some tips and ways to keep you motivated.

1. Set a Goal:-
              Set a goal to yourself that something you want to accomplish. Make sure it’s reasonable and true. In which being in best shape in your life. Try to visualize how you will look and feel when you look like that;imagine yourself at the beach, for muscles, with the physique you want and how everybody is talking about it  and perhaps even saying: about you " Ohh Waow, he must be on steroids".

2. Be consistent and determined:-
              In order to achieve bodybuilding determination, consistency and success will be your biggest allies as these two items will be key for you to be able to adhere to the bodybuilding lifestyle. In bodybuilding addition to being a complete lifestyle, it's also both an exercise in faith and in patience. Therefore, you just need to train and take hard diet, let the body recover, and allow  to take time to time its course. Following your bodybuilding raining   diet will result in muscle mass increases in conjunction with your less body fat, something that will get yourself closer to the look that you want day by day. It takes time, but Rome was not built in one day.

3. Get your training partner:-
              Nothing better that having a buddy that will train as well as with you. It is so good hearing your friend or training partner that you can do it. A good work out partner will push your limits to the unknowns plus it will make you motivated. If he is bigger than you that is better because it will motivated you to be bigger than him. This will make you motivated eat clean and lift.

4. Use pictures and videos to motivate you:-
              Use a picture to motivate you. Compare the difference of the picture of you before and now. It is good that you can see the difference of your body. If it’s getting bigger or those any changes happen. It is also good to observe the body of the other people around you and compare it to your body.

5. Prepare your mind for bodybuilding success and visualize the end result.
              This will give you the motivation to adhere to your bodybuilding routines and diet each and every day. Then make sure that you just wake up every morning with the mindset that everything you will do that day willcontribute in one way or the other to achieving that look. I advise you to lay down at night and think what way to your body to look.There is a saying

7. Use the power of positive pressure and hard work:-
              Positive pressure can be a great ally in your quest to making awesome bodybuilding gains. Can be created by giving you a clear deadline by when to achieve your bodybuilding goals. By doing this, you create a limited timeline by which to achieve your goals. This increases your chances for achieving them since, provided that you whole heartedly commit yourself to the set date, then every day  and every workout that you stick to your bodybuilding diet counts; you can no longer procrastinate. By working hard every day it will gives you to motivate and if others notice the difference in you it will boost your goal higher to achieve what you really want.


8. Change workout Routine:-
              Changing it will make you more motivated instead of doing the same old routine. It will be boring to do the same routine every day.  


9. Listen your favorite music:-
              Music has the power to keep your away from the fact that your training is intense. Nothing can motivate you better than listening your favorite music while on training.

10. Do it for fun and free will:-
             It doesn’t mean do it and having fun out there not having intensity and just laughing. It means just enjoy it, have a fun lifting, and dieting. Until you get used to what you are doing. If you believe you can do it you will do it.
11. Train for your health:-
              If you want to be health enough train yourself. There is no training that goes without eating health and stay health for your body to build. Do always get recovery week. Just dieting. Having a mental recovery will help you to maintain your level of concentration and wanting to lift harder.

12. Be honest:-
             If you want success be honest don't cheat your goal  must give 5 days to gym , complete your reps without leaving it .
